Refund & Return Policy
As always, our goal is for you to have a positive shopping experience at Vape UAE. Our goal is for our clients to be happy with their purchases from us, thus we handle exchanges and returns on a case-by-case basis.
About Returns
We accept returns of your unopened merchandise for a complete reimbursement of the buy price alone. Note that products returned by customers showing signs of usage will not be replaced, credited, or refunded; instead, they will be sent back to the client.
- Please send us an email or send us a WhatsApp message to request a refund, then pay for your shipping costs to return the things to our store.
- Please be aware that the initial shipping charges will not refund
- The replacement goods will either be delivered back to the buyer at his expense or refunded to his account for use on any later purchases.
- Within 7 days of receiving the item, returns will be accepted.
- Items that are consumable and perishable (e-liquid and coil replacements, pods, and disposables) Under no circumstances are returns accepted.
For Refunds:
Kindly get in touch with WhatsApp or customer service to get a refund. Kindly supply the order number, name, address, phone number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation for the return, along with any images. You will receive more instructions for returning the package to us if the return is accepted. Once the shipment has been physically returned to our shop and processed, we will give any refunds or replacements.
The amount of the refund will be determined by deducting shipping charges (for both directions) and bank fees from the total order amount before being deposited back into the customer’s account. Under no circumstances will a refund be given for orders that are returned because the customer refused to accept delivery of the order from the shipping courier.
Protection Under Warranty:
On the day the items are delivered, our seven-day warranty starts. Items must be shipped back to the Disposable Shop at the customer’s expense. The Disposable Shop will pay for the item’s return shipping back to the client once it has inspected the defective items and determined whether it falls under the terms of our guarantee.
What is not protected under our guarantee?
- We do not cover any accessories on the device itself, such as drip tips, coils, batteries, chargers, atomizers, tanks, re-buildable goods, e-liquids, or mechanical modifications.
- Failure or harm brought on by inappropriate or unlawful usage
- Failing or causing damage due to using too much force, such as dropping or
- Failure or damage brought on by using the product outside of the suggested operating guidelines. Operating instructions can be found in the usage manual.
- Damage or failure brought on by inappropriate This covers damage from fire spilled juice, and water.
- Leaky tanks are not protected by

Minor defects are inevitable in some products during the production process. Only defective items (malfunctioning) may be returned or exchanged. Please email or use WhatsApp to get in touch with us if your warranty is still in effect.
